We are a green business. It is our goal to create little waste and to use less energy. The building we are housed in was rebuilt completely green in 2007; we have bamboo floors, soy insulation, non-toxic paint on the walls, and an energy efficient heating and cooling system. All of our to-go packaging is compostable which means it can be thrown in the garbage and will naturally break down rather than utilizing energy to be recycled.
